- We will come to pick up the goods after 30 minutes - 1 hour after you order the service and deliver it within 24 hours, we will always call the customer before delivery.

- We will check for stains, clothes pockets, fabric scratches if any right at the time of receiving the goods at your home.

- We will bring home, clean stubborn stains before steaming.
- Clothes after being steamed and dried will be steam ironed and always lined with fabric to avoid polishing the fabric and losing its beauty when wearing.
- Your clothes after ironing and hanging will be wrapped in plastic bags to avoid dust.
- We will deliver the goods after 24 hours after receiving, and before delivery, we will call to ask the best time possible to deliver the goods to you.

    Items that need to be dry cleaned include: High-quality shirts, trousers, t-shirts to avoid touching the water causing wrinkles and shrinkage of fabrics, we should dry-clean them to ensure the best possible care for the shirt.

    Vest: Inside the vest, there is always a layer of glue to shape the shirt form, so we need to dry-clean it to prevent the shirt from breaking form and the glue will make the shirt blistered and unsightly.

    Leather jackets, cannot be washed in water or put in the washing machine, but need to use a solution specifically for the skin to clean and nourish the surface of the leather jacket to always be soft and beautiful.
